Student Recruiters & Agents

We are growing our business in need of Student Recruiters & Agents who can connect our company with new international students. In this role, you’ll be acting as a representative of the company to potential students/parents to drive and increase enrolment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and implementing student recruitment functions and events;
- Acting as represent the company to potential students/parents to drive and increase enrolment;
- Recruit and admit students in accordance with the guidelines of INGWE Immigration Inc. from both local and overseas markets;
- Counsel prospective and current students on programs, the course selection and related matters;
- Work collaboratively with several departments, education groups, and team members;
- Organize/participate in the marketing events, fairs, and overseas business trips and represent INGWE Immigration Inc. in the education market to recruit international students and agents;
- Monitor performance data to track performance, trends and form completion data to track performance;
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
- Fulfill other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to cultural differences;
- Excellent goal-driven marketing and sales skills;
- Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
- Experience in working with international students is preferred;
- Experience of dealing with international markets is an asset;
- Ability to manage stress and thrive in often demanding situations;
- Proven self-starter and problem solver;
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
