The Recruitment Marketing Assistant will assist with recruitment marketing activities. The Recruitment Marketing Assistant will ensure all tasks performed are executed in compliance with study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s. Position based in Montreal - Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected.
- Maintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.
- Update study postings on participant website & portal according to recruitment targets and study protocols/IFRs.
- Update call center metrics.
- Update recruitment agent metrics.
- Verify referral program tracking.
- Post ads on web classifieds.
- Create and execute standard newsletters to participants according to the brand guide.
- Provide agent and user support of participant portal.
- Create IRB packages for advertising material for US sites.
- Post online ads for US sites.
- Act as an aid to the participant marketing team.
- Perform recruitment calls and verify web registrations.
- Proactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers.

Desired Profile
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree and related work experience preferred.
- Good Communication (Advanced level of French and English),
- Customer service focused
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
