**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and services
- Coordinate with the design team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online ads
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports
- Support the preparation of presentations and promotional events
- Manage and update the CRM system with client and property information
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing marketing assets

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, social media platforms)
- Basic knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

**Responsabilités**:

- Aider au développement et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing pour promouvoir les annonces immobilières et les services
- Coordonner avec l'équipe de conception pour produire des supports marketing, tels que des brochures, des flyers et des publicités en ligne
- Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes marketing et fournir des rapports
- Assister dans la préparation des présentations et des événements promotionnels
- Gérer et mettre à jour le système CRM avec les informations des clients et des propriétés
- Aider aux tâches administratives, telles que la planification de réunions et l’organisation des supports marketing

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme en Marketing, Communication ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et expérience avec des outils marketing (ex. : Canva, Google Analytics, plateformes de réseaux sociaux)
- Connaissance de base des tendances marketing immobilières est un plus
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Souci du détail et excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: In person
