We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Marketing - Employer Branding Lead to join the Group Marketing team and Recruitment team.
You'll create the overall strategy and plan and will drive and own the delivery within your geography to help recruit great talent and position FNZ as one of the most attractive brands in the technology space.
In addition, you will support embedding the FNZ culture internally through the delivery of internal programes, aligned to Group marketing and local requirements.
The person in this role works collaboratively with HR, Recruitment, Marketing and business leads.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns to create a strong talent pipeline and attract, engage, and nurture talent- You'll define and help deliver on our employer brand and talent attraction strategies.- You will build on our existing Employer Value Proposition (EVP), crafting it into a compelling narrative that resonates across your geographies.- Build and deliver exciting internal communication programes to support Group and regional requirements, building the employer brand internally.- Manage talent marketing platforms and vendor relationships-
- Act as a key partner and resource as we continue to build and strengthen FNZ’s employer brand awareness, positioning us as an employer of choice, and attracting the best talent- Work with the web team to optimize and design of the careers website landing pages for conversion - including curation and alignment of content, posting stories and campaigns to ensure website is live, updated, and an active portal of informationWho we are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably with specialization in marketing, communication, human resources, or similar.- Experience within employer branding or recruitment marketing. Experience from talent acquisition is also relevant.- Demonstrated ability to operate in a global context, understanding local needs and requirements.- Experience of working with external agencies and in a matrix organization is preferred.- Experience with copywriting and/or design of external communications would be an advantage.- Has local market relationships that can be adequately leveraged in this role- Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)*- Strong team player with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast paced environments.- A very, very good sense of humour.
