Job description

Full Time - Service Coordinators responsibility is to answer and dispatch service request to internal mechanics and third party throughout Canada and parts of USA. Maintain both customer equipment and rental/lease fleet over the road breakdowns and onsite repairs or services while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- **B**efore completing phone call update needed information into computer system
- **C**ontact drivers and/or security
- Dispatch service call internally or third-party contractors
- Provided customer with ETA
- Follow up with mechanic
- Schedule pick up or delivery when required
- Complete service request in system

**Skills Needed**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potential tense interactions with clients
- A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals
- Ability to read and understand invoices
- Willing to learn and grow on a daily basis while staying positive
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, and Oracle
- Understanding of both French and English is a BONUS

**Salary**: $34,500.00-$44,500.00 per year
