Service Coordinator

QTK Fine Cabinetry is a manufacturer of residential kitchens, vanities and other millwork. Since 1974 QTK has been fusing unique designs with innovative manufacturing to create almost limitless options for our customers.
We are currently seeking a **Service Coordinator** who will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for Customer Service and Scheduling our technicians for customer visits. Prior experience in the Kitchen and Bath or Custom Millwork industry is required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor the service inbox and organize requests based on priority
- Schedule and coordinate all service appointments for our technicians
- Ensure all service paperwork is filled out and submitted timely by the technicians
- Communicate professionally and timely with our clients, installers & factory staff
- Handle all customer inquiries regarding status of service requests
- Provide excellent customer service
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Professional, organized, has attention to detail and a team player
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with pressing due dates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience working in a cabinetry manufacturing industry considered a HUGE asset.
- Prior customer service experience is required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
