**Job description**
- Licensed (or equivalent) Skilled Carpenter / Project Lead to manage and work, Large Residential Renovation projects with minimum 5 plus years experience in general carpentry / renovations / framing.
- Expected to be hands on and on-site.
- Blueprint reading and interpreting an asset.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively influence others to get the job done, collaborate, provide leadership to achieve desired results.
- Self motivated and hardworking.
- Excellent customer service skills required as well as understanding customer requirements.
- Proven leadership and time management skills, managing staff (delegating job tasks and working effectively as a team), meeting project deadlines
- Managing or working with subcontractors.
- Co-ordinate renovation projects independently.
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety).
- Wage is negotiable
- College or technical training an asset; Red Seal Carpenter, Building Construction, or Building Renovation Technology programs.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35-45 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
