We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of construction projects, including residential and commercial renovations and new construction, interior and exterior. Including but not limited too; kitchen and bathroom remodel, basement remodel, tiling, drywall, and woodwork, decks, fences, pool houses, cabanas, pergolas and attached additions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of carpenters and other craftsmen on construction projects, including residential and commercial renovations and new construction.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and quality control.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and provide input on design and layout as needed.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner, and meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- A strong background in carpentry, including knowledge of a variety of tools, materials, and techniques.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A clean driving record and valid G driver's license

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
