**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and/or place telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
- Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints with skill and tact
- Direct calls to sales representatives or technical/service areas where applicable
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved
- Solve customer problems through communication best practices
- Analyze customer service needs for communication to other departments as required

**Job Requirements**:

- 1 to 3+ years of experience in a progressive customer service environment
- Highly strong phone and technology skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and customer service-oriented approach and personality
- The ability to work under pressure
- The ability to work collaboratively and make good judgements on escalations, problem solving and
- the direction of calls
- A High School Diploma is _required_ with Post-Secondary in a related field being an _asset_
