Call Centre Requires Full & Part Time Call Centre Agent(s) to:
Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to customers over the phone with the goal of resolving customer questions and concerns during the first contact.
Work with other customer service representatives in a team-oriented environment.
Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing customer's regarding our products and services.
Provide accurate and timely information.
Investigate claims and ensure appropriate action is taken regarding customer inquiries or issues by identifying source of error and determining solution responsibility.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Keyboarding skills (30 wpm+).
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, are required.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Attention to detail.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is an asset.
