**Opportunity knocks**
As important members of the Equipment team, our Clerks are responsible for processing merchandise returns to our wide range of suppliers, and providing credits to our valued clients. They collect credits from suppliers and provide the credit details to the Accounts Payable team, process credits and rebill adjustments in the ERP system and ensure credits are issued to our clients. They are responsible for ensuring proper return authorization processes are followed, and processing warranty returns and freight damage claims. They take care of freight quotes and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
**Your story**
You have 2-3 years of office administration experience, are comfortable using ERP systems, and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). You have good math skills and a keen eye for details. Data entry skillsand attention to detail are a must You need to be able to manage your time and priorities in this busy role. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be interacting with a multitude of different individuals on a daily basis.
