We’re looking for an office clerk to join and support to our team in Vancouver. **This entry-level role is a permanent, full-time, and hybrid position — suitable for a recent graduate.**

Responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to, receiving and sending mail, opening files, data entry, legal document production, scanning, photocopying, and manual and electronic filing.
- Some administrative experience
- The ability to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sufficient experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Flexibility to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion

This role works within a hybrid model. For remote working, you will need a sufficient home internet connection.

**The salary range for this position is $37,000 - $45,000.**

Salary is commensurate with experience and is part of a competitive total compensation package. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal and market equity for similar roles and duties.
