- Our growing company is hiring an office clerk
- This position is a maximum of 40 hrs per week. Starting at $18/hr and up depending on experience/references._

- Heavy Duty Diesel Repair Shop that serves the North Bay and area in a variety of heavy truck and trailer repair, as well as heavy equipment service._
**Job Goal**:
- To provide clerical support and assist in the smooth operation of the business._
Responsibilities for Office Clerk
Answering Phones and Greeting Customers
Scheduling Work/Appointments
Invoice Preparation
Filing and Reconciling Receipts
Assisting the Accounting Office
Processing accounts payables and and receivables and relatable record keeping
Assist in Inventory Checks
Parts Sourcing
Light housekeeping
Skills & Knowledge
Organization Skills
Ability to work Independently
Advanced Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, etc.
Knowledge of mailing and courier procedures (both incoming and outgoing)
Experience with Work Orders/Invoicing
Ability to deal with difficult people regarding outstanding receivables
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
