At ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Brampton, we manufacture welded tubes using a variety of materials and finishes including low carbon and higher strength grades with different coatings such as galvanized, or zinc nickel. Our end finish capabilities are used in many industries such as in automotive, furniture, construction, distribution markets and elsewhere. We supply welded tubes of variety of shapes: round, square, rectangular, and elliptical.

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with external customers and providing vital information and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for effective and timely response to external customer requests for technical information, pricing, delivery, service and sales information
- Work closely with assigned Account Managers to ensure coordinated and positive communications with customers
- Responsible for maintaining and growing assigned customer base; Representing the company in a positive manner through exceptional customer service
- Troubleshoot and expedite orders as necessary; use problem solving techniques to find and suggest alternate solutions to difficult situations that may arise during the project
- Collaborate with other internal departments such as materials, shipping and quality, to ensure all important information and updates are communicated with the customer
- Responsible for working within the parameters of Sales department guidelines along with Company policies and procedures
- Responsible for working within safety and quality systems and guidelines
- Responsible for minimizing scrap, ensuring order accuracy and reporting non-conformances to Inside Sales Supervisor
- Responsible for ensuring the finished product meets or exceeds Customer requirements
- Accept other related duties as deemed necessary by Management.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Post-Secondary education in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Sales; Manufacturing industry experience considered a strong asset
- Must have exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- Computer skills in order to generate reports

- 8 hour shift

- Brampton, ON L6X 2M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
