Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for an independent, and self-motivated individual to join our Sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. The inside sales rep will be required to understand the organizational structure at their assigned accounts to effectively coordinate activities with the account managers. When required, the inside sales rep will focus on calling customers to generate new leads for quotes and service calls. They will help with project management, leads and much more.
**Responsibilities**
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
- Coordinating with field personnel to collect required information to prepare quotes
- Escalating sales leads to account managers when required
- Coordinating sales activities with account managers for their respective accounts
- Tracking and organizing sales opportunities
- Inbound lead development and qualification, as well as outbound lead generation activities
- Achieve key performance indicator (KPIs) metrics
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and management teams to communicate customer needs, feedback, and insights
- When required, assists customer/sales rep complaints and problems with accounts and products as they relate to pre-sales issues, and tries to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years inside sales and customer service experience of industrial building products or tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ‘above & beyond’ customer service
- Team approach to achieving high performance - Self-management drive to succeed and achieve goals
- Mechanical aptitude and strong technical inclination considered an asset
- Knowledge of estimating procedures, pricing, and discounting.
- Knowledge of sales procedures.
- Independent ability to evaluate and prioritize situations, solve problems, and execute well-thought-out resolutions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
