**Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid)**

We are currently looking to hire Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to join the sales team. The ISRs will be responsible to support the sales team while they strive to ensure regional sales targets are met and to support the resulting growth activity that follows. **What you will be doing?**
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer and prospect accounts.
- Support RVPs and RSMs in their day-to-day sales pursuits
- Coordinate quotations to address smaller inbound inquiries for software and services
- Develop relationships with stakeholders in order to become a trusted advisor, and understand the status of accounts in the assigned territory
- Coordinate with internal staff in customer support, product, pre-sales and operations teams to help close open customer project tasks
- Enable customers in their journey with Survalent by creating awareness about utilization of their support entitlements and to address any issues
- Add and update contacts from LinkedIn on to Salesforce
- Support Customer Success Representative (CSR) in following up on non-responsive support renewal requests
- Customer health check and other follow up with our client base around activities and engagement
- Update Salesforce utility accounts with market research on changes happening within the utility industry
- Coordinate with the pre-sales team on customer pilots
- Other Duties as assigned

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent experience
- 1 year of sales experience (New grads are also welcome and will be considered)
- Effective communication, presentation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-directive and a high degree of initiative
- Be curious, be teachable and have strong problem-solving skills
- Solid MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
