**Job Type / Category**
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide product information as necessary
- Assisting customers and outside sales representatives with quotes
- Attend to customers' questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Provide the highest level of customer service and build strong relationships with customers

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- At least High school diploma or GED
- Well organized and accustomed to multi-tasking
- Excellent English writing and oral skills
- Experience in the MS Office suite of products (MS Excel, Word).
- Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills who is able to deliver results
- Sales experience in the packaging industry is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal, phone and customer service skills
- Must be professional and courteous to all
