About the team you are joining You'll be joining a small, dynamic team within the Commercial Products & Services (CP&S) division, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Travel & Tourism Economic BI. As the Product Manager for WATS and Passenger Forecast, you'll play a crucial role in driving strategic product management. This role demands a diverse skillset, encompassing responsibilities such as: Gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements. Contributing significantly to the product roadmap. Collaborating effectively with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to achieve key objectives, including product success, revenue growth, surplus generation, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in: Identifying and cultivating new product opportunities. Continuously enhancing existing products to maintain a competitive edge and ensure ongoing relevance in the market." What your day would be like Your daily responsibilities as a Product Manager for WATS & Passenger Forecast will be challenging, diverse, yet highly rewarding: Drive Revenue & Results: Exceed revenue and operating result targets for your assigned product portfolio. Lead Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective growth strategies. Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including development, growth, promotion, distribution, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and administration. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans with defined targets for your portfolio. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analyses to inform product strategy and decision-making. Foster Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and launch new products and services that drive business growth. Business Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial and operational reports to stakeholders. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations and production. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key external accounts. We would love to hear from you if - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or relevant marketing/sales roles within the airline, airport, or air travel industry. - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry trends, key issues, business economics, and the importance of data and business intelligence. - Product Expertise: Proven experience in new product development, feature definition, and the creation of innovative business models. - Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgetary processes and financial projections. - Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & oral), and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
