Business Development Manager

T&G Web Solutions Ltd. is a Calgary-based organization developing Websites & providing Local SEO Services, Digital Marketing, Portal Development and Mobile Application Development. We also have our own product called LOOPos (Point of Sale system for Restaurants)
**Job Requirement**:
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quota
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
**Salary**: $35,053.44-$47,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
