We are seeking a dynamic **Business Development Associate** to join our growing team in Calgary. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth and building relationships with new and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present and promote our services to potential clients, focusing on how we can meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
- Track sales leads, pipeline progress, and client feedback in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied and retained.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to better position our services.

**Qualifications**:

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,360.00-$76,400.00 per year

Additional pay:
