As a POS Program Manager, you will make an impact by implementing a new POS solution across all brands. You will play a key role in our diverse team, collaborating closely with other collaborators and teams.

**In this role, you will**:

- Initiates, plans, controls and implementation of large scale POS program
- Ensure overall deliverables are completed, project plan, schedule, requirements, implementation and issue resolutions
- Plan projects in detail, develop and manage, coordinate the teams and work with business
- Identify, evaluate and manage cross project interdependencies
- Participate in strategic roadmap planning
- Excellent communication skills and work with all levels within the customer organization
- Ensures smooth implementation of POS
- Holds knowledge on POS functionalities and flow.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- POS implementation
- Program management
- Project planning, Customer management and Collaborator management

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)
- Understanding of POS and architecture
- Budgeting and excellent communication
