**Position Title: Functional / Program Delivery Manager**

**Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada [**_**Day one onsite**_**]**

**Duration: FTH**
- Participate in the strategic planning for onboarding of all 40 Credit Unions including pilot rollout
- Manage all the functional activities specific to each of the 40 Credit Unions, and recommend changes to the project with the corrective actions as needed
- Work with various stakeholders to identify functional and process requirements. Analyze, ask the right questions and elaborate requirements. These requirements will be captured and given to IT for implementation
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders to approve the final schedule, during the scheduled development
- Manage and resolve the conflicts within functional areas to prevent any future problems
- Part of effective decision makers to decide the best resolutions for the various problems in the respective functional areas. Should be able articulate, analyze, evaluate and synthesize facts about the problem statement
- Ensure production environment readiness - planning for number of Test, UAT, Prod tenants
- Detailed program tracking, governance, publishing dashboards and raising risks
- End to end co-ordination of program functions, program scope, deliverables and alignment
- Present to the senior leadership, suggest alternatives with pros and cons and support with cost benefit analysis
- Drive program milestone sign offs and ensure alignment of small programs to overall objectives
- Single point of contact for all deliver related issues
