This is a highly outbound-focused role where cold outreach and persistence are key. You’ll be responsible for building new opportunities from scratch and driving them into the pipeline. This is not a “plug into the process” kind of role — it’s a chance to shape how LilYPad approaches outbound sales and marketing. You’ll take full ownership of our HubSpot CRM to keep data clean, campaigns on track, and reporting accurate.
