We are looking for: Project Coordinator/Designer to assist in daily operations of the company.

**Scope of Work**
- Supporting clients during the selection process, guiding them to our trusted suppliers and subtrades - assisting in the design selections when necessary
- Tracking the budgets, changes, and invoices
- Coordinating with suppliers, trades, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Creating drawings, sketches, or details for specific design or construction instructions
- Working closely with our project managers
- Assisting in our show homes
- Assisting in company marketing, social media, and marketing initiatives
- General administration tasks and helping the company ensure optimal efficiency

**Related Skills and Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of residential construction
- A background or interest in Interior Design
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to track and maintain deadlines
- A positive, energetic individual with strong communication skills
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp programs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
