- Excellent graphic design skills

**Duties include**:

- Assist with creative marketing strategies, including content creation, visual campaigns, and storytelling
- Support B2B and B2C website optimization and updates, including web content planning, product launches, category merchandising, and strategies to increase brand awareness, audience, and customer engagement
- Create and design digital and print marketing materials, including bi-annual catalogue, print ads, digital marketing ads, rep training tools
- Create and edit marketing and product copy
- Collaborate on and maintain Indaba’s marketing calendar
- Create and execute strategic, on-brand, high-quality content for our social channels
- Support on product photoshoots
- Visual merchandising - both in the showroom and at trade shows
- Monitor industry trends, and competitor approaches
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Support daily administrative responsibilities and projects as they come up
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in marketing, communications, fine arts, design, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Comfortable with learning new technology (CRM/ERP systems)
- Photography skills is an asset

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year
