PCSD offer over 40+ years of combined experience in the steel construction industry, specifically using Tekla Structures.

To ensure our commitment to our clients are met and exceeded, we are focused on quality and accuracy.

Due to unprecedented growth, we are currently looking for a Project Manager / Checker.

*Qualifications:*

Experience using Microsoft word, outlook, excel and adobe acrobat.

Strong knowledge of Tekla structures. Innovative problem solving.

Knowledge of building codes (AISC, CISC,OSHA) is an asset.

Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel construction, fabrication, and the ability to interpret contract drawings.

Self motivated and able to complete multiple tasks with mínimal guidance.

Deadline driven with an attention to detail.

Project Manager / Checker applicants should have minimum 5 years experience.

*Requirements*

Diploma / Certificate.

Canadian Citizenship / Legally able to work in Canada / Must Reside in Canada currently.

Tekla Steel Detailing experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee project planning and execution for structural steel detailing, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Utilize project management methodologies to manage workflows effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and supervise team members to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct risk management assessments and implement change management strategies as needed.
- Prepare and review contracts and documentation using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and transparency.

Pay: $59,740.00-$62,560.00 per year
