We are a growing custom millwork and cabinetry company who provide complete custom cabinet solutions for projects across Vancouver Island. Based in Parksville BC, we successfully coordinate with our customers in the planning, design, manufacturing, and installation of residential, commercial, and high-end architectural millwork.
Job Purpose:
As Project Coordinator, you will support the project manager to organize the required stages (approvals, procurement, release to production, delivery and installation on site) of a range of commercial and residential projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain project files in our ERP system
- Assist Project Managers in production scheduling of project level deliverables
- Coordinate with purchasing departments
- Prepare production drawing and information packages

**Admirable Skills**:

- Competent knowledge in both the production & manufacturing of joinery and millwork design
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Skills in the development of floor plans, elevations and all necessary sections and details.
- Ability to work as part of a team with mínimal supervision

**Compensation**:

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

- Parksville, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- ERP systems software: 1 year (preferred)
- Cabinet Construction: 2 years (preferred)
