We are looking for a
**Customer Experience** leader to join our growing team In this new role, you will work with the Chief Strategy Officer to develop the product and customer experience practice, in addition to building a team to support our clients across a variety platforms, products and experiences.

**What you will be doing**:

- Work with Chief Strategy Officer to develop a product and customer experience practice for our clients. Including go to market material: strategy, service offerings, and standards.
- Lead client pitches to showcase our capabilities in product strategy and customer experience.
- Manage overall finance and growth targets for the practice.
- Coach and mentor, a distributed team of UI/UX designers, creatives, digital analysts, and product owners.
- Create thought leadership in customer experience to evolve expertise.
- Participate in the development and deployment of sales and marketing activities to raise mindshare, consideration, preference, and selection.
- Lead sessions to support our clients with customer acquisition, digital commerce, self-serve, and analysis.
- Create user-centered strategies by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
- Work with clients to develop and share user flows, wireframes, design mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to incorporate them into the customer experience process.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 10+ years helping businesses or consults firms build capacities in Product Strategy, Customer Experience or Digital Transformation.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital, performance marketing-oriented, customer analytics roles.
- Track record in driving customer engagement and loyalty, demonstrating acute understanding of customer life cycles.
- Experience building and leading teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills - deep cross-functional collaboration is required.
- Work experience in multiple P&L units or multiple functional areas, such as marketing, technology, creative, etc.
- Expert level understanding of UI/UX Design principles.
- Experience with product, mobile and/or web-based design.
- Familiarity with Agile and remote collaboration tools.
- Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, and UXPi.
