**Job Summary**

As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead product ideas, monitor product and feature success through metrics, and execute product development while interacting with different stakeholders. You will lead the team and ensure features are launched promptly. This position will support one of our emerging startup clients involved in the Air Cargo industry. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated, proactive individual with 3+ years of experience in product management who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and who wants to see the real impact of their work.

**Responsibilities**
- Define The Product Vision, Strategy, And Roadmap.
- Work With Multiple Stakeholders From Management To Developers And Understand Their Needs.
- Understand The Definition Of Success And Potential Scope Creeps.
- Collaborate With Developers And UI/UX Designers To Develop And Iterate On Solutions From Initial Concept Through Execution And Delivery.
- Create And Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation.
- Customer Advocate Articulating The User’s Needs.
- Monitor Product And Feature Success Through Metrics.
- Provide Proactive Feedback To Ensure All Changes Are Complete And Accurate.
- Adjust Priorities As Needed And Hold Transparent Communication Processes.

**This position is IDEAL for someone who is**
- 3+ Years Of Experience In Product Management.
- Has Successfully Led A Team And Has Excellent Verbal And Written Communication.
- Skilled Or Has Used PM Tools (Jira/Trello/Notion Etc), Google Suite And Figma.
- Experienced In Product Management And Development (Preferably In The Technology Industry).
- Understands Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience With Agile Process And Methods.
- Skilled At Handling Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
- High EQ, Interpersonal Skills, Creative Problem Solving And Critical Thinking Skills.
- Experienced In Creating Processes And Reports To Showcase Project Updates To Multiple Stakeholders.

**This position is NOT IDEAL for someone who is**
- Needs Consistent Micromanagement To Get Things Complete.
- Not Interested In Learning Or Adding Value To Our High-Growth Projects.

**Additional Information**
- Work From Anywhere (But Needs To Work PST Timezone).
- This Position Can Either Be Salaried Or Contract.
- Minimum One-Year Term.
- Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week).
- Flexible Vacation Policy.
