**Your Opportunity**:
The primary responsibilities of this role include:

- Instruction of the Ski/Snowboard lessons to which you are assigned
- Provide for the care, safety, well-being and personal development of students of all ages/ability levels
- Assist with organizing classes and such other duties to ensure the smooth running of Snow School programs at Glen Eden Ski and Snowboard Centre
- Maintain records, including lesson attendance, class ability levels, material covered, and incidents that may occur
- Provide ongoing feedback to parents/participants regarding their progression in lessons
- Attend all required training sessions both on and off hill
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational throughout the season including cleaning/sanitizing of products and equipment related to program
- Work in accordance with the Conservation Halton’s Safety Policies & Procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and all other related manuals such as Covid-19 PPE protocols.
- Other duties as assigned

**Your Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills to work with the Public
- Experience teaching skiing or snowboarding with the Glen Eden Snow School, or another reputable snow school is an asset
- Other employment in a position working with or providing education/supervision to children an asset
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, and walk for long periods of time

**Your Reward**:

- Starting at $17.51 per hour up to $23.66 per hour based on experience and qualifications
- Part time and full-time hours available; hours may vary depending on availability
- The position’s expected start date is 12-10-22
