**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking **enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable individuals** who are passionate about water safety, love working with children, and are eager to take on **leadership and supervisory responsibilities** within the program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach swim lessons to children and adults following British Swim School’s curriculum
- Supervise instructors during swim lessons to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Provide feedback, coaching, and support to the instructional team
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
- Assist in pool deck management, class scheduling, and customer service as needed Maintain a fun, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all participants

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children (e.g., daycare, camps, teaching, coaching)
- Strong swimming ability including all four strokes, proper turns, and treading water
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to teach students of all ages and abilities, including special-ability swimmers and adults
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current **National Lifeguard Certification** or willingness to obtain it (preferred)
- Ability to work year-round (this is not a seasonal role) Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team attitude

**Bonus Assets (Nice to Have but Not Required)**:

- Additional aquatic certifications (Instructor, Lifesaving Society, etc.)
- Ability to speak a second language Sales, customer service, or administrative experience
