Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Shop Supervisor. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our heavy truck and trailer repair shop and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, the ability to supervise a team, and effectively manage shop operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of truck and trailer technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and direct supervision
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment that reflects our brand image and ensures the safety of our employees
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition to identify opportunities for growth

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in shop management or supervisory role within a heavy duty truck and trailer environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Knowledge of shop principles including truck and trailer mechanical systems, inventory control, and ability to prepare competitive repair estimates

**Salary**: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
