Job Title: Bubble Tea Shop Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bubble tea shop, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with us to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits, including marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the equipment and facilities.
- Train, motivate, and manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Occasional run for supplies and ingredients, which you will use a company card to purchase with.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in the food and beverage industry.
- Reliable vehicle to come into the shop in emergency cases and do occasional supply runs at costco
