Associated Fire Safety Group Inc, a major player in Western Canada for the supply and maintenance of firefighting equipment, is looking for a new member to join the team. The company has grown over the last 30 years to currently being a dominant player in the supply of firefighting equipment in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Yukon. **What You Will be Doing**:

Are you energetic with a keen bias for execution, speed, and accomplishment? As the role of our Administrative/Sales assistant, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks and roles that include:
- Growing the business of the Territory Managers by providing excellent support to them and their customers
- Building sales quotations for numerous product lines
- Assist in the development of internal systems to ensure we remain at the forefront of efficiency at all times
- Maintain familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fire industry
- Assist with customer service to ensure every customer's expectations are not only met but exceeded
- Manage ordering for a designated portfolio of customers or brands, maintaining both customer and vendor expectations
- Be accountable and responsible for your portfolio, while also being communicative and flexible within a rapidly growing, small-normous company
**The Experience You Need**
- A passion for getting things done the best way possible, constant growth, building relationships, and efficiency.
- Superior communication skills for both customer facing interactions and interpersonal skills for a variety of teammates and roles.
- 1-5+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, and a high degree of ownership and accountability for achieving results
- Highly articulate communicator with both verbal and written skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks/opportunities in order to optimize daily productivity
- Digitally savvy; strong proficiency with MS Office, Google Drive, Salesforce, and the Internet as a research and sales tool
- Salesforce experience an asset
