**JOB SUMMARY**
- The position will take on a dual role in optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and leveraging business intelligence (BI) tools for data-driven decision-making. This hybrid position will focus on managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance customer engagement while developing and maintaining Power BI solutions to generate actionable insights.

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- CRM Management (mandatory):
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure efficient data management and automation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Design and implement automated workflows, integrations with internal and external systems to enrich customer understanding and marketing actions efficiency.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on CRM best practices.
- Business Intelligence (BI) Development:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure efficient data management and automation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.

- Perform all other related tasks as requested by immediate superior
**SKILLS**
- Acts as an ambassador for Groupe Vision Newlook Inc. in attitude and actions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, data analytics, and BI development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong expertise in Power BI and other BI tools.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and data integration between CRM and BI platforms.
- Spoken and written languages: French and English
