Technical CRM Consultant

Main responsibilities:

- Support existing clients in providing technical solutions to their business needs in the context of CRM projects and maintain a relationship of collaboration and trust with them.
- Ensure the client requirements are analyzed, documented, and designed into technical requirements (user stories)
- Create release plan/CRM roadmap for the project with detailed functionalities and resource allocations
- Lead project delivery using agile best practices
- Understand and lead integration capabilities such as APIs, middleware, etc.
- Lead CRM solution design including ERD creation and implementation
- Support development team during the implementation of CRM project
- Validation of test cases for the requirements
- Coach and mentor junior/intermediate CRM consultants

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or management and/or software engineering.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience as a consultant or in a similar position
- A minimum of 6 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and documentation in business analysis.
- CRM certifications (Salesforce, Creatio, Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM) is an asset.
- Must have the mobility of travelling.
- Experience in an agile environment, an asset
- Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Be structured, organized, and have a good sense of priorities.

Consultant CRM

Principales responsabilités:
Soutenir les clients existants en fournissant des solutions techniques à leurs besoins d'affaires dans le cadre de projets CRM et maintenir une relation de collaboration et de confiance avec eux.

S'assurer que les exigences du client sont analysées, documentées et conçues en exigences techniques (user stories).
Créer un plan de lancement/une feuille de route CRM pour le projet avec des fonctionnalités détaillées et des allocations de ressources.
Diriger la livraison du projet en utilisant les meilleures pratiques agiles
Comprendre et diriger les capacités d'intégration telles que les API, les intergiciels, etc.
Diriger la conception de la solution CRM, y compris la création et la mise en œuvre de l'ERD.
Soutenir l'équipe de développement pendant la mise en œuvre du projet CRM
Validation des cas de test pour les exigences
Encadrer et guider les consultants CRM juniors/intermédiaires.

Qualifications:
Baccalauréat en informatique et/ou en gestion et/ou en génie logiciel.
Un minimum de dix (10) ans d'expérience pertinente en tant que consultant ou à un poste similaire.
Un minimum de 6 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de Salesforce.
Solide connaissance des meilleures pratiques et de la documentation en matière d'analyse commerciale.
Les certifications CRM (Salesforce, Creatio, Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM) sont un atout.
Doit avoir la mobilité de voyager.
Expérience dans un environnement agile, un atout
Connaissance de la suite Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
Bonne communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français.
Être structuré, organisé et avoir un bon sens des priorités.
