We're on the hunt for a Manager of Talent Solutions who loves diving into the entire recruitment cycle, providing innovative support, and driving the success of our Talent Solutions Team. This isn't just any role; it's a chance to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring we deliver top-notch talent acquisition solutions to a diverse range of clients.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leading the charge from start to finish on recruitment solutions, making sure our team is firing on all cylinders and our clients are thrilled with the results.
- Getting your hands dirty with process and system development to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Being the guru of recruitment knowledge, always on the lookout for new ways to grow and optimize our services.
- Juggling data, quality assurance, and making sure we're not just meeting but smashing our targets.
- Coaching and cheering on our Talent Solutions team, ensuring they're growing, learning, and delivering at their best.
- Leading by example in full-cycle recruitments, especially for those tough-to-fill professional and executive roles.
- Dreaming up and executing killer recruitment and branding campaigns in partnership with our Marketing team.
- Managing multiple projects with an eye for detail and a knack for keeping everything on track.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**:

- You've got at least 5 years of experience leading the recruitment dance, and you know talent acquisition like the back of your hand.
- You're a wizard with applicant tracking systems and have a track record of attracting the cream of the crop.
- Advising and partnering with hiring managers and leadership teams is your jam.
- Your energy and drive for success are infectious, and you're always looking for ways to lend a hand.
- Organization is your middle name, and you're adaptable, detail-oriented, and always thinking one step ahead.
- You've got the communication chops to connect, inspire, and make complex things simple.
- You value laughter, teamwork, and a casual work vibe, even if you're doing it from your home office.
