**Fleet Maintenance Advisor - **_Winnipeg, MB_

Are you a motivated individual with **strong customer service** skills? Do you have an **aptitude for numbers** with knowledge of invoicing? If so, this may be a great fit for you We are looking for a new **Fleet Maintenance Advisor** to join our team In this position you will oversee all fleet preventative maintenance and more, from initial unit intake to creating the invoice. You will ensure Maxim’s equipment is maintained in a cost efficient manner while sustaining long-term customer relationships.

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Manage Preventative Maintenance and Safety Schedule via arranging appointments, tracking compliance and communicating with customers
- Schedules Rental and leasing unit repairs into shop and arranges sublet repairs
- Reviews Repair Orders for Invoicing - issues Purchase Orders
- Maintains ongoing communication and relationship with customers via regular updates and meetings
- Other duties as assigned
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**

**_Willing to train people with experience in the following roles: Call Centers, Service Writer, Serving and Customer Service Representative_**
- 2+ years of frontline customer service experience
- Solid understanding of debits/credits and invoicing
- Experience in a fleet environment preferred
- Experience in the heavy-duty truck/trailer industry ( or a related industry) is preferred
- Team player with a strong commitment to the customer
- Effective communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Excellent fact finding and analytical skills
- Ability to organize, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Attentive to detail, strong aptitude for numbers
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry
- Knowledge of **Karmak** preferred. Exposure to a similar billing system an asset.
**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, with a rotating weekend shift pattern
- Training hours are: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for approximately 6 weeks
