**Position Summary**
We are currently seeking a Regional Procurement Performance Acceleration Manager based at our Montreal Head office, reporting into the Nespresso Global Procurement Excellence Lead. As a key contributor to our team, you will play a vital role in constructing world-class solutions to drive the strategic vision of the Procurement organization in Nespresso for the Americas and Europe regions. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating and implementing Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions, serving as the representative of Nespresso Procurement Excellence in the Markets.
**A day in the life of the Regional Procurement Performance Acceleration Manager**:
- Ensuring that there is alignment between the Nespresso Global Procurement Excellence strategy and the initiatives managed by Nestle globally, as well as those overseen by relevant Functional Procurement Streams.
- Develop and monitor the appropriate measures to follow up and ensure compliance and the implementation of defined solutions in Nespresso Markets.
- Create and deliver training to ensure that Markets representative, located in the U.S and Europe, have the required skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of new processes and services (e.g., Nestle Business Services).
- Contribute to the development of procurement initiatives by bringing ideas, feedback, and requirements from own area(s) of responsibility.
- Drive appropriate key partnership within and outside of Procurement function.
**What will make you successful?**
- Bilingualism in English and French would be an asset, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market.
- Bachelor ‘s Degree and relevant work experience.
- Experience spearheading the creation and implementation of pivotal strategies to enhance business performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-border or multi-regional roles, effectively operating in diverse geographical areas.
- Proficiently led virtual teams and project teams in intricate, multi-country/region environments to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong Client Focus and ability to build strong relationships with the business and strong business acumen, Analytical with attention to detail.
