Join our COR.PAY team We can tell you how amazing we are, but our numbers speak for themselves - Over 1 billion items digitally archived annually - 25+ years of experience - 100% coverage for major FIs for treasury management **The Opportunity**: Responsible for the National replenishment and inventory management of procured stationery. You will join a team built on trust, where employees take pride in their work and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. **What you will do**: - Ensure appropriate quantities of materials are procured and warehoused nationally to be used by all Symcor sites to meet Client SLAs and provide monthly inventory reports to designated clients who procure own product sent to Symcor sites. - Analyze current and historical stationery data to assist in forecasting future demand. - Assess and address client financial exposure due to excess or obsolete inventory. - Maintain monthly records on national material movement, consumption, and financial benefits. - Track Vendor performance for quality, on-time delivery. - Manage inventory levels of client supplied materials. - Obtain client approval on orders. - Place orders through PO process. - Source and procure vendor materials taking into consideration Client requirements, market pricing. - Update systems to reflect new material form #’s with associates pricing. - Notify Client Services team of new form #’s and required sample binder updates. - Responsible to address and identify root cause of all Internal/External Client Incident Reports (IRs) due to material defect, material non-conformance, insufficient inventory. - Audit vendor compliance relative to Symcor requirements. - Responsible to update and maintain all resources and systems (physical and PDF sample library/repository, inventory system) with all procured items data and corresponding pricing. - Manage annual FSC audit. - Hold all compliance document and artifacts. - Ensure accuracy in inventory system to support audit reporting. - Internal interactions include all business units and cross-functional teams. - External Interaction includes vendor, client (FIs and Commercial clients). **What you need to have to succeed**:Education**: - High School Diploma **Experience**: - 3-5 years **Skills**: - Oracle and SAP knowledge. - Procurement, negotiating, influence, analysis, inventory management, customer service **What's in it for you**: At Symcor, we define our success by what we help others achieve.
