**In-House Production Coordinator**

PLUS is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team - one with a positive attitude and a passion for Streetwear, Footwear and Manufacturing. The Production Coordinator will support our entire team to establish and facilitate production flows, perform various administrative functions, and build/maintain relationships with our stakeholders and vendors.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for completing all day-to-day production activities for projects and

programs.
- Implement production best-practices, cost analysis, and reporting.
- Liaise with product vendors to manage and coordinate Plus inventory
- Ensure open and effective communications with all departments and stores.
- Provide administrative support to the Creative & Design Team on various projects

throughout the year.
- Sourcing Plus merchandise and products (Garments, Accessories, Cleaners, etc.)
- Coordinating the production of all in-Store related needs (Shopping Bags, Business

Cards, Vinyl, Signage, Uniforms), and coordinating proper distribution and
shipping to each store.
- Facilitate and improve the production process in relation to e-commerce

**Education, Training, & Experience Requirements**:

- 1+ Years in merchandise design, production, and coordination.
- A Diploma or Degree in Fashion Marketing, Apparel Design, Business

Administration, Product Development or equivalent industry training or related
business experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse logistics

Tools (Asana preferable)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Highly organized with a keen eye for being detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
