A Mighty Lamb Production specializes in the hottest emerging artists and bands from around the world through their platform BREAKING SOUND; a premium showcase and radio platform for the hottest emerging artists and bands. They are located in the US, UK, NZ, Iceland, CAN, and AUS.
ROLE: This role is to be a venue operations with the A Mighty Lamb Production team. The production lead is responsible for coordinating and executing Breaking Sound events and showcases. The team strives to ensure all events are rewarding and memorable for performers, along with a great experience for audiences.
POSITION TITLE: Production Lead
LOCATION: Toronto
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Artist Services
- Responsible for all day of show communication to artists
- Assist in ticket services and box office at the venue
- Attend showcases to assist with event operations and act as artist liaison
A Mighty Lamb Production is looking for an ambitious and creative team member who puts forth the drive to achieve goals and exceed them. We are looking for a well rounded person who thinks outside of the responsibilities listed above.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Essential:
- Proven interest in music, art, live events, or music festival culture
- Well versed in the Toronto music scene
- Well organized, process driven, thorough and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines and solving problems under pressure
- Able to wear many hats and take on varied tasks and projects
- Freelance / contractor role - needs to be available on show days up to 6-8hrs, may be less.
- efficient with Google spreadsheets
- eager, moves quickly, and takes initiative
- Must be 21+ and located in Toronto

From concept to completion, you will have the opportunity to work with various bands and artists from around the world.
