Reporting to the Manager, Member Contact Center, in this role you are the first point of contact for inbound calls from Kindred members. The service you provide is key to helping them experience banking with purpose. The Member Contact Centre provides banking services for new and current members, across all digital channels, working in close partnership with Kindred’s branch network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You are empowered to fulfill everyday banking requests and equipped to assist members in navigating online and mobile platforms to complete self-serve transactions.
- Engaging members in robust conversations, you will help them understand our products and services, recommend solutions that would serve them best, and connect them with branch partners for more involved solutions and advice.
- In collaboration with the rest of your team, you will serve as a resource to our internal members, responding to inquiries by sharing technical expertise, product knowledge, and providing solutions escalated from the branch to address member situations or concerns.

**What to bring**

**Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, ideally in retail banking or a contact center
- Familiarity with financial products and services an asset
