Welcome and thank you for considering a role with Library Services Centre (LSC), where we've been helping libraries across Canada stay innovative and current for over 50 years We offer a wide range of services, from acquisitions and cataloguing to processing and consulting, and we're always looking for new ways to improve and expand our ability to help libraries across Canada.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one to two years of customer service experience. Post-secondary education or relevant coursework is a major asset. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly proficient in English. Active listening, conflict resolution, time management, and organizational skills are all key to this role, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Finally, knowledge of the public library or publishing industry is always a bonus.
