We are seeking a highly motivated **Breakdown Call Centre Rep **to work out of our **Kitchener, Ontario** location. If you are ready for your next challenge, we want to hear from you.

The **Breakdown Call Centre Representative **will provide exceptional customer service by providing all components of administrative support to our Mobile Fleet team. The representative is responsible for scheduling and dispatching maintenance which includes coordinating emergency breakdowns for our customers throughout Canada and USA, as well as updating and processing all related documents.

**Shift: Monday to Friday; 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive calls from drivers/dispatchers who have trailers broken down; gathering accurate and detailed information required to dispatch the appropriate technicians and affiliates, and/or parts/equipment required
- Inputs the information and data used for dispatching into the maintenance system
- Coordinates the repair services for breakdown support, with technicians and affiliates
- Confirms every dispatched call to ensure the roadside/location service is completed with ETA or reason why the service is still not performed.
- Provide telephone support as needed and informs customers of delays
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, technicians, affiliates, and co-workers
- Review work orders for accuracy, gathering and entering additional details as required
- Authorizes and processes detailed work orders, invoices, and warranty in an accurate and timely manner
- Reconcile third party invoices to work orders and attaching to appropriate invoices
- Communicate to Management, any concerns/discrepancies within work orders to ensure quality
- Assists in the warranty claims process when required
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2 or more years of customer service/call centre experience
- Transportation industry or maintenance related experience is an asset
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Cetaris etc.)
- Knowledge of Canadian and USA Geography
- Able to work independently, and with team as required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with technicians, corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
- Mechanical knowledge and industry experience would be considered an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset (in English and languages including French, Persian, Arabic, Punjabi or Urdu).
