**Collision Center Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

The CSR is the first impression that customers and other visitors have when they walk into or call Heffner Toyota Collision Center.

**This position is responsible for**:

- Creating a front office atmosphere that fosters a high level of service.
- Being the point of contact for customers and potential customers;
- Be a cheerful character
- Have excellent customer oriented and communication skills.
- Have a helpful, polite and courteous attitude towards customers.
- Be well-groomed and dress appropriately,
- Have keyboarding skills,
- Have a good work attitude
- Foster a positive team spirit both within the department as well as between the other departments in support with the overall philosophy of the company and fellow employees.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Canadian Residency or Valid Canadian Work Permit (required)
