This is a full-time position. All work is done directly at our offices in Markham, Ontario. This is NOT a remote position.
- **Job Responsibilities Include**:_
- Managing existing accounts by developing positive relationships with clients and handling their needs.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Unio Tech’s technology services.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Work closely with the marketing team to qualify leads and create targeted sales strategies.
- Attend site-walkthroughs and online and in-person sales meetings.
- Conduct sales presentations and submit quotes to key decision-makers. Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the client.
- Participating in the preparation and submission of RFP responses and sales proposals.
- Maintaining accurate records of all leads and clients in our customer database.
- Presenting sales campaign updates and statistics on a weekly basis.
- Any other duties that might be required from time to time.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Technology Experience - Previous experience working in a technology related industry is preferred (you should know the difference between a switch and a router)
- 4-6 years of sales experience. Proven experience in managing accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a people person.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High-energy with a tendency and ability to take initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with multiple deadlines, and on various projects.
