**Duties**

- Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and identifying new market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client accounts and sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive collective success in achieving sales targets.

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
