We are now looking for an ambitious and motivated **Sales** **Account** **Manager Trainees** to join our sales management team This is an entry level role, previous experience is an asset however **strong Student Mentality** and desire to develop/master Sales and Client Retention skills **is required**. We are looking for hard-working and determined individuals who will help us increase the customer base and brand recognition of our clients' brands, grow sales revenue, lead growing sales teams, and market the expanding territories.

**Responsibilities of Account Manager Trainee - Sales also include**:

- Working with electronic tablets and other smart technology to input and maintain customer information, sales records, installation records, and evaluate sales performance.
- Communicate with clients in-person, face to face, over phone to offer a product/service, evaluate customer's needs, and finalize a sale.

**Account Manager Trainee - Sales should**:

- Be able to build relationships with new and existing customers
- Have experience in business development, brand development, account management, client acquisition, or related experience is preferred
- Be able to work in a team and independently with minimum direction
- Have a reliable form of transportation; a valid drivers lisense and a personal vehicle is preferred
- Have a flexible **full-time availability**:

- Be able to **commute to out Markham office daily**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$46,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
