Reporting to the Corporate Projects and Architecture Manager, the Project Manager works closely with internal business and digital stakeholders to manage MASC projects. The Project Manager contributes to MASC’s success by delivering small to large sized business and information services projects, ensuring time, budget, and quality objectives are met.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
- Experience developing and maintaining project plans and documentation.
- Experience delivering completed projects including initiating, planning, coordinating, and supporting.
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and internal/external resource time allocation.
- Experience communicating, pathfinding, and liaising key stakeholders on projects.
- Experience using systems development methodologies such as Agile or Hybrid.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Project Management Professional certification is an asset (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in Business Case Development is an asset.
- Experience managing systems development projects is an asset.
- Knowledge of Insurance and Lending industries is an asset.
- Knowledge of Agriculture is an asset.
- Knowledge of Organization Change Management is an asset.
- Ability to communicate verbally in both official languages (French and English), is an asset.

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
- Must have the ability to travel within the Province of Manitoba as required.

**SALARY**: $83,671 to $109,204 per annum
**CLOSING DATE**: August 5, 2025
